On December 20, the RA National Assembly continued the work of the extraordinary sitting and by voting passed all legislative initiatives debated on the previous day.

The deputies continued debating in the second reading the draft law on Amending and Making Addendum to the RA Tax Code, on which the Chair of the RA NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs Khosrov Harutyunyan presented the endorsement.

The RA Minister of Justice Davit Harutyunyan in the first reading proposed for debate the legislative initiative - the RA Judicial Code.

Gevorg Kostanyan presented the endorsement of the RA NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs.

During the exchange of thoughts the MPs Tigran Uriikhanyan, Gevorg Kostanyan, Hrayr Tovmasyan and Nikol Pashinyan expressed their viewpoints on the draft law under debate.

The draft law on Constitutional Court and the package of the enclosed draft laws, presented by the RA First Deputy Minister of Justice Artur Hovhannisyan, were debated in the first reading.

The Chair of the RA NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs and Protection of Human Rights Hrayr Tovmasyan emphasized the amendments being proposed by the draft law.

The RA First Deputy Minister of Justice presented for debate in the first reading the draft law on Amending the RA Civil Procedure Code and the package of the enclosed draft laws.

The Deputy Chair of the RA NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs and Protection of Human Rights Rustam Makhmudyan presented the endorsement of the Committee.

The bill on Petitions and the package of the enclosed bills was debated in the second reading and completely passing.

The National Assembly will continue the work of the sitting on December 21, at 11:00.
